Fees, Payments and Terms
All fees and payments paid or payable are non-refundable unless stated otherwise by Goldlink Technologies.

2) update these records for any changes to this information to maintain its accuracy.

Registration of domain names
We cannot and do not check to see whether the domain name you select, or the use you make of the domain name, infringes legal rights of others. We urge you to investigate to see whether the domain name you select or its use infringes legal rights of others, and in particular we suggest you seek advice of competent counsel. You should be aware that there is the possibility we might be ordered by a court to cancel, modify, or transfer your domain name. You should be aware that if we are sued or threatened with lawsuit in connection with your domain name, we would turn to you to hold us harmless and indemnify us.

Use Of Services and Limitations
We regret that at the moment, we only handle your enquiry on issues pertaining and strictly governing the usage of our services. We may refer you to the immediate provider of your other enquiry, as the best alternative to your question. In the event of dispute over the limitation of our services, Goldlink Technologies reserves the final right to decide our circumference of service rendered.

Others
Goldlink Technologies prohibit all unlawful activities, such as but not exclusive, pornography, hate emails and virus spreading mails or software to be used in all our services. The offender would be warned and respective action due done. And in the event of liability and claims from the result of such misuse, the offender would take full legal responsibility and defend Goldlink Technologies from any claims.

Termination of Usage of Services
All fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. And in the event of termination of our services, the onus is on the user to give a written advice or by e-mail, telephone or fax at least 5 working days in advance. Otherwise, if service were still rendered to the user, charges would have to be borne by the subscriber.
